Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if the product has not yet been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use.
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or licensing reasons (e.g., software, opened printer ink).
Shipping & Return Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs.
For other returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Compliance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law
This policy follows the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014), which grants customers the right to return or exchange goods within a specified period if the products do not meet agreed conditions.
