At Tiknclick, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for handling cancellations, returns, and refunds in compliance with Kuwait e-commerce regulations. 

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at sales@tiknclick.com

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
      • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

      • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use.

      • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    • Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or licensing reasons (e.g., software, opened printer ink).

Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • For other returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Compliance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law

  • This policy follows the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014), which grants customers the right to return or exchange goods within a specified period if the products do not meet agreed conditions.
